No, our hot and cold plunges are in a shared space along with the dry sauna. 

A common approach is 2–5 minutes in cold water followed by 5–10 minutes in hot water. You can repeat the cycle 2–3 times, depending on your goals and comfort level. Always listen to your body.

Bookings can be made on the day or in advance, simply check the availability through our booking system.

Bring swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle. We recommend showering before and after your session. Robes or slides may be helpful for moving between pools.
