Adam is passionate about promoting recovery from training, injury or ongoing conditions. While specialising in deep tissue, sports and remedial massage, Adam also gives an awesome relaxation treatment. All treatments are tailored to ensure each client leaves feeling amazing and rejuvenated.
Sandra Lennon
Sandra has 20 yrs experience as a massage therapist, she offers Relaxation, Hot stones, and Meditation
She specialises in meditative and relaxing massages which are soothing for the mind body and soul
